The Community Foundation

... is a non–profit organization established in 2008 in Cluj-Napoca, with the objective to support talent, diligence, knowledge, solidarity and other values existent in a community and to contribute to the shaping of a more humane society.

In order to fulfill its goals, The Community Foundation promotes the organization of cultural, educational, social, communal and sports activities; it intends to accomplish this with the support of talented children and young people. In addition, it assists children and young adults with health problems, as well as the organizations supporting them. The Foundation lends special attention to cooperation programs spanning across borders, in view of strengthening partnerships among Central and Eastern European people.

The Board of Trustees of The Community Foundation wishes to announce programs and invite applications that can foster the realization of these goals.

The official partner of The Community Foundation is MOL Romania. As an integrated member of the MOL Group, part of the company’s social responsibility policy is considered to be the support of gifted young people struggling with health issues.
